Changes/Cancellations
If you find it necessary to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to modify or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you may send unwanted items back to us. We will give you credit when we receive them back from you. Please refer to our Return Policy Section for more information.
Return Policy
You may return any unopened product for store/online credit only within 14 days of receipt.
Here is what you do:
- Pack the item(s) in a box.
- Include a copy of your invoice with your shipment and circle the items you are returning.
- Give a brief reason for your return.
- Make sure you include your mailing address, daytime phone number, and email address.
- Send it by U.S. Mail, UPS, or FEDEX to:

My Low-Carb Life will issue store credit and send you a receipt by email. To inquire about returns, you may contact Customer Service at 978-646-9566.
Summer Shipping Policy
My Low Carb Life will not be responsible for perishable items sent by regular Ground or 3 Day Select shipping during the spring and summer months.
Select the best shipping for the product you ordered and the season it will be shipped. (perishables, refrigerated or frozen; next day recommended)
Protection of Perishable Products During Shipment
My Low-Carb Life will take every effort to protect your perishable items from exposure to heat by placing these items in the lower, center portion of the box and will try to put non-perishable items around them, as well as, placing ice bricks in the box to further shield them from the heat.
If you choose regular UPS Ground shipping, your order contains perishables and you order on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order may be held until the following Monday before it is shipped. This will help prevent the package from sitting in a UPS warehouse which may be extremely hot over a weekend.
EVEN THOUGH WE MAY PACK YOUR ORDER WITH ICE PACKS, IF YOU ORDER PERISHABLE ITEMS BY REGULAR UPS GROUND OR 3 DAY SELECT SHIPPING, My Low-Carb Life WILL NOT GUARANTEE THE ITEM TO ARRIVE IN PERFECT CONDITION.
